Exclamation Breaking News: Stefan Lessards House catches on Fire

Quote:
Fire crews battled a fire at the home of Dave Matthews Band's bass guitarist Stefan Lessard this morning. Crews responded to the house on Morgantown Road in Albemarle County just after 7 a.m.

Stefan Lessard and his son were in the house when it happened, but got out and called 911. Numerous fire companies trucked in water in an attempt to put the flames out, but despite their efforts, the home is likely a total loss.

I am very happy to report that Stefan and his son made it out of the house safely.

How devastating! They are in my thoughts and prayers today. From friends that have lost their home to fire, they say it is more the memories and pictures and such than the monetary value of things. And you feel so helpless. I feel very bad for them but am indeed glad they got out safely. Had someone been hurt it would have been a whole lot worse!!

That's terrible news. I'm an extremely sentimental person so one of my worst fears is having my home burn down. I can't imagine what they are going through. Luckily, everyone is safe.

thank you all

I want to thank everyone for their love and support that my family has received during this difficult time.

My son saved my life, if he had not came in my room and woke me up, I might have not made it out alive.

We are all doing good, and trying our best to move forward.

love to everyone
Stefan
