Default Stevie Nicks Covers "Crash Into Me" to be released on CD/DVD

According to Megan who was at the show, Stevie played Sara only because Soundstage producer/director Joe Thomas specifically requested it for next week's taping. Stevie explained to the crowd that she usually reserves the song for Fleetwood Mac performances (have you forgotten the 80s, Stevie?), but made an exception for Joe.

So you know what that means...Sara's getting taped!! Stevie also confirmed that Friday's Rosemont show was, indeed, a rehearsal for the taping. But we already knew that.

OK - so I thought it was cool that she covered it BUT I couldn't watch the video until I got home. I have to say she does NOT do the song justice. She struggles to stay on key big time. It improves and it goes, but this song just does NOT fit her style at all. She's seems like she's trying to sing it country and she's not even a country singer. Sorry. I usually like Stevie but this is NOT good. Is that too harsh????

lol...I've always liked Stevie,and this is interesting...lol to say the least... this is just really a song I never firgured her to cover..
It's hard to follow perfection!!!

LOL "bad karaoke version" Good one, Julie! I'm soooo glad I wasn't the only one!! LOL I agree. Don't get me wrong - I LIKE Stevie - this is jut NOT the song for her. And like Rapunzel said - hard to follow perfection! LOL

I loved it! (I am of course so in love with Stevie that i can't see otherwise but still!)
